The YPH105E (order code YT204001-FC) is a 10.1-inch capacitive-touch HMI designed for ABB industrial drives and PLCs. Featuring built-in EtherCAT, Modbus-TCP and CANopen ports, plus drive-optimized faceplates, this HMI allows operators to start, stop and monitor any ACS880, DCS-800 or AC 500 system without requiring external gateways. With an IP66 front panel, SIL 2 emergency-stop input and multilingual help, it's ideal for demanding applications including cranes, mills, pumps and marine consoles.

Installation & Start-up

Cut panel hole - 261 × 180 mm (W×H); torque clamps to 1.2 N*m.
Connect 24 V power - observe polarity; green "PWR" LED will illuminate.
Plug in EtherCAT - connect port-1 to drive, port-2 to plant network; green "ECAT" LED indicates sync status.
Import project - use Panel Builder 600 software; drag-and-drop drive faceplate.
Download runtime - approximately 30 seconds via USB or Ethernet; configure language, units, and passwords.
Test screen - navigate to drive control, start motor, view torque trend.
