High Speed ABB Module QHFT200F YL681001-AF ABB 200 A DC Fuse Holder

QHFT200F (order code YL681001-AF) is a 200 A, 690 V DC high-speed fuse link complete with touch-safe front-indicator holder. Ultra-rapid arc-quenching (< 1 ms) protects IGBT bridges, DC-bus capacitors and semiconductor contactors inside ABB DCS/ACS drives, ensuring SIL 2 / IEC 60269-4 compliance for paper, metals, crane and marine applications.

1. De-energise drive - lock-out/tag-out per local code.
2. Insert fuse - slide into holder until latch clicks; red pin flush.
3. Torque bus bars - 12 N*m (M8) or 18 N*m (M10) per ABB manual.
4. Power-up - green "DC" LED on drive; record initial current.
5. Annual check - IR scan < 1 mΩ contact resistance, no discoloration.
6. Replace after blow - red pin visible; reset micro-switch if fitted.
