6. Installation & Start-up

1. Clip on DIN-rail – snap until latch clicks.
2. Wire AC input – use 0.75 mm² Cu, torque 0.5 N·m; earth PE.
3. Connect 24 VDC – M4 studs, torque 1.2 N·m; maintain 5 mm spacing.
4. Power up – green “DC OK” LED; measure 24.0 V at terminals.
5. Verify load – 4 A continuous, 5 A peak < 5 s; record temperature.
