IC695CMU310 is a single-slot, hot-standby redundancy CPU that keeps critical processes running by switching from master to backup in ≤ 3 scans. With dual Ethernet ports, 10 MB battery-backed RAM and 10 MB flash, it is the heart of GE's Max-ON architecture for gas & steam turbines, standby power, boilers and high-availability manufacturing lines.

Quick Start Steps
  1. Insert CPU in slot 0 of each rack; torque screws 0.4 N*m.
  2. Connect sync LAN (RJ-45) between CPUs; use CAT5e STP < 100 m.
  3. Assign IP & redundancy role (master/standby) in Proficy ME.
  4. Download application; Max-ON auto-synchronizes memory.
  5. Verify LEDs - green "RUN" on master, green "STBY" on backup.
