1. Insert module into any MMS 6000 rack slot.
2. Connect sensors to spring-clamp terminals or BNCs as per wiring diagram.
3. Power up rack—green OK LED within 10 s.
4. Launch MMS Configuration Software; auto-detect module, assign scaling & alarms.
5. Perform loop test with certified shaker or TK3-2E calibrator.
6. Verify overspeed trip and phase reference accuracy.
