One slot delivers Modbus TCP/RTU slave, OPC-UA server, EtherNet/IP adapter, HTTP/HTTPS web server and IEEE 1588 PTP time-sync - all simultaneously.

On-board 2 GB historian stores 30 days of 1-second trend data even when the plant network is down, ensuring zero data-loss for critical turbomachinery.

Installation & Configuration
  1. Slot module into any 3500 position; captive screws 0.5 N*m.
  2. Connect Ethernet - Port-1 plant, Port-2 redundant or ring; both support auto-MDIX.
  3. Assign IP - DHCP default or static via RCU.
  4. Enable protocols - tick OPC-UA, Modbus, PTP; upload signed certificate.
  5. Verify LEDs - green "OK" + blinking "LAN" = healthy; amber "PTP" = master sync.
  6. Test data - browse OPC-UA tree in UA-Expert; read Modbus register 40001 (system status).
