129131-01 is the 3500/03 System Monitor Module—a mandatory "heartbeat" board for every 3500 machinery-protection rack. It continuously checks power-supply voltages, rack temperature, hardware integrity and user-relay states, then reports faults via Relay Module outputs and Bently Nevada software. Without this module the 3500 system cannot achieve API 670 or SIL 2 certification.
